DCmagic is a photo sorting tool for digital still cameras. Photos stored in the digital camera (or other disk drive location) are displayed as a film strip across the top of the screen. A set of destination folders are created and named onto the desktop area of the screen. Just point to a photo in the film strip. Click down on the left mouse button. See the picture in the preview window. Now drag it down to the destination folder where you want to store it. As you drop it, a copy is placed into that destination folder. File renaming, duplicates etc are all managed for you. You just drag and drop. As the photo in the film strip is dropped it is MARKED by shading it in the film strip. The photo has not been deleted from the film strip, just marked. The film strip will Auto Scroll to the next photo, or reduce to only remaining photos left to be dragged. You don't have to manage the windows or scroll bars. Its QUICK and very EASY.If you want you can drag the whole film strip in one go, using the Film Reel button. A TRASHCAN is also provided to temporarily hold unwanted photos. This can be cleared automatically when you Exit DCmagic. Once you've finished dragging your photos from the film strip, use the DELETE button to erase the film strip (or camera memory card). You can delete a single photo, the group of photos that have already been dragged or the entire film strip.Source photos are displayed as an Auto-Scrolling Film Strip access the digital camera as a Disk-Drive via it's USB connection drag-and-drop a photo into any of 8 destination folders view contents of an open folder as thumbnails images instant drop confirmation by showing the photo on folder cover automatic file renaming and duplicate photo removal print single photo or proof sheets of 4, 9, 16 and 25 photos per page full screen preview (or actual size) by right mouse button click over thumbnail You make it happen.
